EVALUATION POLICY - USER ACCOUNT COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES

Α. CREATION OF A USER ACCOUNT

MEMBERS' – USERS' ACCOUNTS: 1. To use and log in to the online platform you can create a user account and provide certain information by filling in the relevant form available in this regard. You are responsible for safeguarding and not disclosing the password you will set for your access. The member - user is held responsible for all the activity and the information and reviews they post. In the event that there is an issue of a breach of your account, you must notify us immediately.

2. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if it violates the terms and conditions of the platform.

3. The account is personal and is not used for promotional purposes but only for the evaluation of products or services. For the creation of the account, you are required to fill in the relevant form and provide us with accurate and complete information about you.

4. The member - user cannot impersonate anyone else (e.g. adopt the identity of a celebrity or a third party), create or use an account for anyone other than you, provide an email address other than your own, or create multiple accounts. If you use a pseudonym, be aware that others may be able to identify you if, for example, you include identifying information in your revisions, use the same account information on other websites or media, or allow other websites to share information about you. Please read our privacy policy for more information and also the protection of the personal data you provide on the online platform under the current applicable provisions of the Law, as detailed in the relevant section.

5. By creating an account, you agree to receive notifications regarding the online platform.

6. Responsibility for the content: Only you are responsible for the content of your posts and, once published, it cannot always be withdrawn. You assume all risks associated with the content of your postings, including its accuracy or your reliability. Indicatively: You may be held liable for your postings if, for example, your content contains material that is false, intentionally misleading or defamatory, infringes any third party right, including intellectual property rights, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral rights privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights, contains material that is illegal, including illegal hate speech or pornography, exploits or otherwise harms minors, or violates or advocates the violation of any law or regulation.

7. Online platform rights to use your postings: We can use your postings in various ways, including by publicly displaying it, reformatting it, incorporating it into advertisements and other works, creating derivative works from it, promoting it, distributing it and allowing others to do the same in relation to their own websites and social media platforms. As such, you grant us unlimited, non-exclusive assignable, transferable rights to use your postings for any purpose.

POSTING CONTENT PROCESSING

The postings and reviews of the user-member do not reflect the opinion of the online platform. In any case, we reserve the right to remove, display, process or revert the Use Content periodically, in our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason and without notice to you. For example, we may remove an evaluation if we believe it violates the "Guidelines for Evaluation Content" as set forth below. We have no obligation to retain or provide you with copies of your content. There is an express statement that your personal data relating to the information you provide on the online platform when you subscribe is afforded the unconditional protection of the Law as set out in the relevant section on the protection of personal data.

RESTRICTIONS

1. Violating the guidelines for the content of reviews, for example, by writing a false or defamatory review.

2. Infringing the rights of third parties, including any violation of trust, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, confidentiality, right of publicity or any other intellectual property or copyrights.

3. Threatening, harming or harassing others or promoting bigotry or discrimination.

4. Promoting a business or other commercial enterprise or event or otherwise using the online platform for commercial purposes that do not fall within the purpose of its operation.

5. Violating any law.

You also agree not to take the following actions:

1. Violate the Terms.

2. Modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adapt, publicly display, sell, trade or exploit in any way the content of the online platform (other than your content).

3. Use any robot application, spider, website search/retrieval or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape or index any portion of the Website or any Website Content.

4. Remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights notice appearing on any portion of the online platform or on any material printed or copied from the online platform.

5. Record, edit or extract information for other users.

6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the online platform, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Website through hacking, password cracking or any other means.

7. Use the platform to transmit viruses or any other malware.

8. Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper functioning of the Website or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

Β. GUIDELINES FOR THE EVALUATION CONTENT OF THE EVALUATIONS

General guidelines

The online platform allows users to enter their evaluation on the form provided, regarding the product and the service provided. In this context, below, we have put together guidelines in order to fulfill the purpose of the evaluation and to provide the framework in which users should operate in order not to break the rules and to give proper evaluations and fair reviews.

Inappropriate content: Comments that include threats, harassment, hate speech and bigotry as well as racist or derogatory comments towards vulnerable groups or sexist comments are prohibited and will be deleted.

Objectivity: Your evaluations have to be objective and appropriate. We rely on your reliable and clear evaluation.

Relevancy: Make sure that your evaluations are relevant and suitable for the operation of the online platform.

Evaluation guidelines: The best reviews are those that are personal and based on the individuality and uniqueness of each user. Here are some guidelines for the best possible reviews and evaluations.

Personal experience: List the experience you had with this particular business and the product you purchased.

Accuracy: Make sure your review is correct. Feel free to express your opinions, but don't exaggerate or misrepresent your experience
